    Customer service skills lacking in many ways. Second I have gone there asked for a medium charged for a large,employee arguing with me about they dont have medium cups.not my fault unless i ask for upcharge give me what i ask for rude little bastards.

    Employees and manager are somewhat rude. The drive-thru runs fast when it's busy, but the employees forget to add in condiments sometimes. Just saw a teen walk in smoking a few nights ago and no one said a word
